Key Responsibilities:

KPI Tracking and Reporting:
Track and report on KPIs, including user story completeness, defect rates, and velocity.
Prepare and distribute monthly governance reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement governance best practices.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze governance data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with established governance frameworks and maintain detailed documentation of governance activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in governance, data analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience working in the Pharma industry is required. Experience in the MarTech area of Pharma is preferred.
Proficiency with governance and project management tools such as Jira, ADO (Azure DevOps), and Confluence.
